Why the dream is lost from memory, what is the way to remember the dream?

Sleep is probably a time of great satisfaction in our lives all day long. A good sleep can be a good time during all day’s tiredness, frustration, boredom, boring thoughts, and even a very happy sleep has a big effect in our daily life. In other words, one man sleeps almost a third of his life. And our dream of a sleepy dream is our dream.

In most cases we dream of sleeping. Even those who claim that they do not dream about sleeping, they also dream about. But the truth is, we can not remember the dream. Even as much as we can say, but not all. And to the surprise, we have forgotten most of the dreams as soon as the normal activities of the day begin. And at that time, an unconscious whole dream of our mind is designed to fit the description.

About this, neuro-cyanistist Thomas Adrilon of Manash University of Australia said, “We have a very natural tendency to forget about dreams. And this tendency is more among those who regularly talk about their dreams to others. And even though it is hard to believe, but the truth is, you can not wake up and think that you have already dreamed a little earlier. ”

Although its exact reason is still unknown, scientists have raised an apparent explanation. Through the study of brain type and nervous system during sleep, scientists have discovered that all parts of the human body are not rested together while sleeping.

Hippocampus is one of the parts of our brain. This part of the brain is first known in the study of a 2011 study. Usually, Hippocampus preserves memory for a very short time. In the traditional language, we say short-term memory. That is, Hippocampus is the only thing that can be done in short time memory.

Researchers found in their studies that during our sleep, hippocampus went to rest at the end of the first. In most cases, hippocampus has been inactive after about two and a half to three hours after sleeping. Since hippocampus is inactive at the end of everybody, it is necessary for a longer period of time to be active than other parts of the body or the brain, after awakening from sleep. This is precisely why the dream is recollected immediately after sleeping, but Hippocampus can not fully accept it as a lasting memory.

Although it is a very logical explanation for not having a dream, it does not mean that the hippocampus is completely inactive during or after sleep. Rather than being any other part of the brain, Hippocampus works even more at this time. When we are sleepy, at the time, Hippocampus is busy gathering the events that happen in our day as a memory, and are busy with short-time memory to make it a long-term memory. Some studies show that, while sleeping, hippocampus transmits new phenomena in the brain to the brain cortex instead of collecting new information (which we can see in the dream).

Normally, after the normal breakdown, normal brain activity requires about two minutes to begin. In a study of 18 people who had a rare ability to remember the dream in 2017, they found that only one minute is needed to start the brain after their sleep. And in just one minute, Hippocampus could start their work, so they were able to remember their dreams.
